Chef has mastered the art of vegan soul food and has fearlessly recreated traditional comfort classic meals such as Vegan Ribs, Vegan Cajun Mac and Cheeze, and Crab-less Cakes. Her mission is to curate fresh, from-scratch, vegan, and farm to table fare that is easy, accessible, and functional.

Chef is an advocate for supporting and promoting local Minority owned Farms and Farmers. The long standing way of life of agriculture and farming in the black and female owned community has been on the decline.
